The event will be held over three days, from Wednesday, September 30 to Friday, October 2, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.

The event will be held at Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Center). It is approximately a 7-minute walk from Kokusai-Tenjijo Station on the Rinkai Line, or a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Big Sight Station on the Yurikamome Line.

Admission is free for those who pre-register. On-site registration may incur an admission fee of 5,500 JPY (tax included). We recommend pre-registering in advance.

Please pre-register through the "Visitor Registration" page on this website. After registration, you will receive an admission pass with a QR code via email.

This is a trade exhibition for industry professionals. Attendance is limited to companies and organizations involved in the beauty and cosmetics industry. We are unable to accommodate visits from the general public.

Photography is permitted at individual exhibitor booths with the exhibitor's consent. Please note that some areas may be designated as no-photography zones. Kindly follow the instructions of on-site staff.

Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue, which is fully barrier-free. However, due to expected congestion, we kindly ask that visitors refrain from bringing strollers for safety reasons.

Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom available at the venue. Coin-operated lockers are available on-site, but their number is limited. We recommend using lockers at nearby train stations instead.

Yes, each seminar has a limited number of seats. If a session is fully booked, you will be placed on a waiting list. We recommend reserving your spot early.

Paid parking is available at Tokyo Big Sight, but it tends to fill up quickly. We recommend using public transportation to reach the venue.
